Gettin' Fit, Bit by Bit

Gettin' Fit, Bit by Bit is a fitness initiative of L.E.A.N. - Steuben @ SRHN.  Join us every Friday in August from 12:10 p.m. - 12:50 p.m. for stretching and basic exercises that you can learn to do at home on your own.  This is a FREE program and does not require pre-registration.  All ages are welcome!  Just come on down to Pulteney Square Park and join us for a little fitness in the park!
