... a New York State Rural Health Network

The Steuben Rural Health Network is a collaboration of over 45 health and human service organizations dedicated to improving community health and wellness in Steuben County. 

The Network provides planning and communication, program administration and support, data and resource development, and technology services that increase the Network's collaborative capacity to address community needs. 

The Steuben Rural Health Network receives major funding from a grant through the New York State Department of Health, Charles D. Cook Office for Rural Health.
